Public comment will be conducted in-person and via Team. Public will need to request to speak via the Public Speaking Request form if requesting to speak in person or via the Teams chat box if virtually. Public speakers will be called to speak by the Chair in the order that their request was submitted.

- DO NOT ANNOUNCE YOURSELF – Members of the public do not need to announce themselves when joining the meeting. Members of the public are not to address the board or speak during the meeting unless the Chair calls upon you to speak.
- PUBLIC COMMENT – Members of the public wishing to address the Board on items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the committee and the items on the agenda, please submit a Public Comment Request form or if you’re joining us virtually, indicate by typing “Public Comment” in the chat box. Your name will be called in the order they are received. When your name is called, please proceed to the microphone, or unmute yourself and you will then have up to 3 minutes to address the council.
