Public comment will be conducted in-person and via Teams. Public will need to request to speak via the ICH Public Speaking Request form if requesting to speak in person or via the Teams chat box if virtually. Public speakers will be called to speak by the Chair in the order that their request was submitted.

3. Type your name.
4. Choose your audio and video settings.
5. Select Join now.
6. Depending on the meeting settings, you’ll get in right away, or go to a lobby where someone in the meeting will admit you.

PLEASE READ some relevant teleconference call etiquette before joining the conference line:

1. MUTE YOUR YOURSELF – Please mute your microphone the moment you connect to the video conference.

2. DO NOT ANNOUNCE YOURSELF – Members of the public do not need to announce themselves when joining the meeting.  Members of the public are not to address the council or speak during the meeting unless the Chair calls upon you to speak.

3. PUBLIC COMMENT – Members of the public wishing to address the ICH Board on items within the subject matter jurisdiction of the ICH and the items on the agenda, please submit a Public Comment Request form or if you’re joining us virtually, indicate by typing “Public Comment” in the chat box. Your name will be called in the order they are received.  When your name is called, please proceed to the microphone, or unmute yourself and you will then have up to 3 minutes to address the council.
