Continuum of Care (CoC)
One of the 25 recommendations of the County of San Bernardino 10-Year Strategy to End Homelessness is the establishment of the Interagency Council on Homelessness (ICH). This recommendation was implemented and the members of the newly formed ICH held their first meeting in August 2009.
The CoC Board is the policy making body for the Continuum of Care. The CoC and the Office of Homeless Services work together to ensure that the recommendations listed in the County’s 10-Year Strategy to End Homelessness are realized. The CoC meets monthly and includes elected and County officials and representatives from throughout the County.

| The San Bernardino County Continuum of Care (CoC) is developing a new strategic plan to address homelessness, and we need your input.
